EVOKE specialises in staging homes for sale to ensure your property is perfectly presented for maximum buyer appeal. Please contact me for an obligation-free, customised quote on EVOKE’s property styling packages.
The initial consultation is free of charge and includes a walk-through of your property along with a discussion to determine how I can style your property for sale.
A written proposal will then be provided for your consideration. If you choose to proceed with my services, I will liaise directly with your chosen sales agent to arrange access to the property and throughout the campaign to ensure your campaign attracts the right buyer.
Carefully selected furnishings, on-trend artworks and stylish accessories will be installed on a pre-arranged date, ready for the commencement of your sales campaign. Evoke provides a 5-week hire period, with the option to extend week-by-week if required. At the completion of your hire period, all items will be removed from the property.

Home staging Package
5-week hire for vacant properties (packages starting from $1,800 +GST, consultation required for pricing)
Showcase your home in the very best light with the complete home staging package for up to 5 weeks. This includes an initial consult, advice on simple cosmetic improvements if desired, delivery and installation of all furniture, soft furnishings and decorative pieces such as cushions, throws, artworks, plants and other decorative pieces.
Evoke also offers a professional cleaning service as a complete package of property cleaning and styling. Evoke will save you time looking for a reliable Launceston-based cleaner to clean your property once you or your tenants have vacated. I ensure all services are clean, free from dust and dirt, as well as being aesthetically polished in readiness for styling and photography.
Partial Property Styling
If you have styled your property for sale and realise there may be one or two items missing to make it photography ready, Evoke Property Styling offers the hiring of specific furniture and furnishings to complete the styling of your property for sale. Whether it is art work, small decorative pieces or furniture, we can help enhance your styling to maximise your property’s sales potential.
I will return at the end of the hire period to remove all items.
Package extensions: Additional 15% of original package per week
Naturally, I hope that before long you will be signing on the dotted line of a sale contract, however, if you find that you are needing to extend your hire period for a little longer, i am happy to accommodate (subject to availability).
